Greebone offer an open source solution for vulnerability analysis and management – the Greenbone Security Manager (GSM). It identifies security risks in corporate IT, assesses their risk potential and recommends actions. The goal is to prevent attacks by targeting precautionary measures. The GSM is the perfect complement to reactive security tools like firewalls & Co.
Transparency and quality are important to Greenbone: customers receive a completely auditable product made in Germany, not a black box. Their solutions have even found favour in high places: Greenbone has a contract with the BSI (German Federal Office for Information Security) to support federal agencies in fending off cyber attacks.
