OPSWAT, a leading provider of critical infrastructure protection (CIP) cybersecurity solutions, announced it has acquired all assets of FileScan.IO. Please see the full announcement.
This transaction is expected to accelerate FileScan's development and to allow FileScan to deliver consistent, reliable operational performance. It will also make FileScan better positioned to deliver next-generation malware analysis as a complement to OPSWAT's existing products and services.
We are happy to announce that our existing partnership with FileScan will remain in place. We will also be looking into OPSWAT's other products and services in the near future.
